Jeffrey W. Freeman, P.E., Vice President

Jeff Freeman`s career in civil engineering began in 1996.  He has a strong background in water resources, environmental engineering and construction administration. As Vice President, he is responsible for project management of work involving planning and design for water supply improvements as well as drinking water and wastewater treatment improvements.

Jeff is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the American Water Works Association (AWWA).  Jeff is the recipient of the Illinois Society of the American Water Works Association (ISAWWA) 2004 Thurston E. Larson Best Paper Award based upon his paper entitled Planning, Design, Vulnerability Assessment and Construction.  Most recently he was honored with an invitation from the Illinois Section of the American Water Works Association (ISAWWA) to make a presentation at their 2006 Annual Conference in Springfield.  The title of his presentation was Water Conservation Ordinances, What Are They and Do They Work?

He is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering and a Master of Science degree in environmental engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
